Teens classes

Ages 11 to 15

Teens

Teenage students face different pressures to younger children or adults, socially, academically, and physically, and our Teens program is built specifically around that stage of life.

Built for this stage of life

Three things every teen leaves with

The Teens program is shaped around what matters most at this age, not a watered-down adult class and not a kids class stretched to fit.

Confidence and Identity

Training that helps teens build genuine self-assurance, not bravado, at an age where that matters most.

Real Self-Defence

Practical, functional skills, not just forms for grading, so teens leave class knowing they could actually protect themselves if they needed to.

Structure and Focus

A consistent, disciplined environment that counterbalances the noise of screens, social pressure, and school stress.

When they train

A steady weekly rhythm

Wu Xing Dao's Teens classes run Tuesday and Thursday evenings, ages eleven to fifteen.

Two evenings a week gives teens something dependable to build around, a place to put their energy, sharpen their focus, and measure their own progress over the term.
